INGREDIENTS


4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1 cubes
1 4 ounce can chopped green chiles, drained
1/2 jar Salsa
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 large jar navy beans, Randall
2 cups water

 

 

DIRECTIONS


Put all ingredients in Crockpot. Cook 4 hours on high or until chicken falls apart. I mash the beans and chicken with a potato masher to make a nice rich soup. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and salsa.

Total Time:  4 Hours 15 Minutes
Yield:  8 Servings
