Surf & Turf Ceasar salad

6 oz Filet Mignon (very laean)
1/2 Lb Steamed shrimp
1/4 cup old bay seasoning
1/4 cup terriki sauce
1 head of romaine lettuce
3 cloves of garlic chopped good
1 egg ( just yolk)
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp red wine vinager
1/2 tsp wishchesshire sauce
3 tbls olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup croutons
1/4 lemon




cut filet into thin strips ,marinate in the terriki sauce about an hour before the preperation. Cook the filet on grille type Pan. brown on each side maybe a minute.peel & steam shrimp with the old bay seasoning on them. set your filet and shrinp aside. all the rest of the ingredients except for Croutons, Parmesan cheese,lemon put into small mixing bowl and wisk together. cut the top of the romaine lettuce then cut up the heart of the lettuce. take your dressing you made and put in to a large serving

add you lettuce ,filet and shrimp. Sprinkle Parm cheese and croutons over salad then squeese litely the lemon over all the salad now toss it and mix it thoroughly
