Smoked Salmon and Shrimp Sandwich

For Sandwiches:
3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
1 tablespoon drained, prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon sour cream
6 slices whole wheat bread
6 ounces smoked salmon
6 ounces cooked baby shrimp, peeled
2 tablespoons black caviar
For Caper Cream:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons capers, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 teaspoons chopped dill
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated




FOR CAPER CREAM: Mix all ingredients in bowl.

FOR SANDWICHES: Combine butter, horseradish and sour cream; spread onto bread. Arrange smoked salmon and shrimp on bread. Spoon caper cream onto smoked salmon and seafood; spoon on caviar.
