Pork Chop Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS


4-5 slices bacon
Sauerkraut
Onion rings (fresh sliced)
Potatoes, sliced ¼ inch thick
1 can solid pack tomatoes, squished
Salt and pepper
Caraway seeds
4-6 pork chops

 

 

DIRECTIONS


Cover bottom of casserole dish with bacon. Top the bacon with an inch layer of sauerkraut. Lay pork chops close together on topof the kraut and top chops with a layer of onion rings. Nexr, add a layer of potatoes. Cover with a can of solid pack tomatoes (large can) that you have squished up over the top. Season with salt and pepper and caraway seeds. Cover dish and bake at 350° until done; approximately 2 hours. For a larger crowd just repeat layers and ingredients.
