INGREDIENTS


1 lb. lean ground beef
6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 can (46 oz.)V-8 juice
salt & pepper to taste

 

 

DIRECTIONS


Brown ground beef with next 5 ingredients. Place in dutch oven and add V-8 juice. Season and simmer for at least three hours.

Total Time:  3 Hours 30 Minutes
Yield:  4 Servings
