INGREDIENTS


2 lbs. ground chicken
2 med eggs
1 tsp.oregeno, or itallian seasoning
1 c. finely chopped, or shreded veggis[zuccini, mushrooms, onions] any mixture of them as you like
1/4 c. Dry bred crumbs
2 Tbsp ketchup & mustard

 

 

DIRECTIONS


Mix all ing. Form into loaf. Or put it in a meatloaf pan,


Bake for 40 mins at 350 degreese.

Active Time:  20 Minutes
Total Time:  55 Minutes
Yield:  4 Servings
