Ham Roll-ups

1 lb. Boiled Ham Slices
8 oz. Solid Cream Cheese
2 bunches of Green Onions




Wash and prep green onions. Cut green onions to about 4 inches in length.

Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature, or soften slightly from refridgerator.

Lay out a slice of ham on flat surface, with the longest edge horizontal to you. Using a butter-knife, spread cream cheese evenly onto ham slice, covering the ham.

Lay green onion vertically onto right side of ham slice. Roll up ham slice from right to left. Cream cheese will hold roll tight.

Cut logs into one-inch pieces, insert toothpick for easy handling.
