1 stick butter
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs (beat well)
1 tsp vanilla
½ lemon extract
2 cups flour
1 ½ cup oat blenders with honey cereal (malt-o-meal brand)
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ cup white vanilla chocolate chips
¼ cup almonds
Lemon glaze
Powder sugar
Lemon juice




1. Melt a stick of butter and pour in a bowl, mix next 4 ingredients and mix well by hand.

2. Add flour and mix well by hand

3. Add cereal and mix well by hand

4. Add baking powder, white chips, and almonds mix well

5. Put in over for 30 minutes at 325

6. Remove from oven and cut on an angle, let cool for 10 minutes

7. Put back in oven at 325 for 12 minutes

8. Remove and enjoy

9. Add optional lemon glaze

Lemon glaze is 1 tsp lemon juice and powder sugar until it is the consistency of a paste.

Total Time:  1 Hour 10 Minutes
