14 oz. can of peas
Eggs (5 or 6)
Heat peas with liquid in deep skillet.
Beat 5 or 6 eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the eggs into the peas and liquid, and stir in breadcrumbs quickly until you have the consistency you like. If you're not quick, you'll get too much cooked egg before the breadcrumbs are mixed in. Careful with the crumbs, or you'll overpower the other flavors. Some like to fry some minced garlic before adding the peas and liquid to the skillet, but that can overpower the egg. You can also add some minced or finely chopped fresh bacon.
