1LB ground beef
1LB ground hot spicy pork sausage
1tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1tblsp worcestershire sauce
2LB Velveeta Cheese
2 loaves dark party rye squares




Brown beef and spicy sausage together. Drain, add oregano, pepper, worcestershire sauce, and the entire 2lb loaf of Velveeta cheese cut-up. Let all cheese melt on med/low stove.

Open rye party bread, place on baking sheet as many as can fit.

Scoop meat and cheese mixture about 2 tblspoons on each slice.

Broil until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.

Once cooked these can be cooled and frozen for approx 4 months. To re-heat just place in oven on 350 for about 10/20 mins if frozen or cold. Less if unthawed.
