INGREDIENTS


1 large onion diced
1 large white potatoe diced
Salt to taste
1 quart homegrown canned tomatoes

 

 

DIRECTIONS


Add onion, potatoe and water to cover vegetables. Cook until tender. Add in canned tomatoes and simmer for about 30 minutes. The secret is in the homegrown canned tomatoes. Be care to not over add on the water. You need just enough water to cover the vegetables.
