Creamy Cheesy Mushroom Chicken

1 - 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts (or tenderloins)
?¼ Cup corn oil
?1 – 4 oz can mushrooms, drained
?1 can cream mushroom soup*?
½ Cup half and half
?½ Cup Daisy® Light sour cream
?1 Cup Miracle Whip Free (preferred) or mayonnaise?
1 Cup grated cheese
??*For a little different twist, use Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic!




Preheat oven to 375 degrees.??Brown chicken in ¼ Cup corn oil. ??Sauté 1 – 4 oz can mushrooms, drained. ??While browning the chicken, combine the following In large bowl:?1 can cream mushroom soup ½ Cup half and half?½ Cup Daisy® Light sour cream 1 Cup Miracle Whip (preferred) or mayonnaise??Add sautéed mushrooms to the above mix. ??Remove chicken from pan and place in casserole dish.??Spoon the above mix over chicken.??Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 50 minutes. ??Remove foil and top with 1 Cup grated cheese. ??Bake another 10 minutes.??Enjoy!
