Coconut Brandy Cake

1 box white cake mix,1 box vanilla instant pudding mix, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup brandy, 3 eggs, 1 can Ansel Coconut, 1 cup chopped walnuts.If you use regular coconut instead of ansel in the can cake tends to be drier.



Beat eggs together with sour cream, brandy and oil. Beat in cake mix and pudding mix. By hand, stir in coconut and walnuts. Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. do not over bake as cake should be really moist. Dust with powdered sugar after cake has cooled if desired.
