Caesar Dip

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Daisy Sour Cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 medium cloves garlic, minced or crushed (1 teaspoon)
2 anchovy filets, minced to paste or 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Assorted fresh veggies for dipping




Combine all ingredients in medium bowl until smooth and creamy. Transfer dip to serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until flavors are blended, at least 1 hour. Serve cold with vegetables for dipping such as celery, carrots, cucumber, jicama. Or use as a topping on baked potato skins.
