250gr Ground meat
2 small stalks Broccoli
100gr Bread crumb
200 gr Cooking cream
100 gr cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cube butter
Bread Stick cut diagonally
Boil water, put broccoli until tender and crushed with food processor until it smooth or with chunks set aside.
Mix ground meat with salt,pepper and bread crumb make a lump or meat ball size.
Garlic Bread :
Cut Bread diagonally and spread with garlic butter and bake until it golden & crispy for about 5 minutes.
Melted butter and pour over milk, cream,pepper,salt, stir slowly with low heat, and after boiled put the meat balls inside and let it done and floating and put broccoli inside and stir until green and dissolve with cream and milk. pour shredded cheese and stir until thickened, turn off the heat and the soup is ready to serve with garlic bread and garnish with mint leaf.
