INGREDIENTS


beef pieces 500 gm
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Green cardamoms 3
Cardamoms 3
Cinnamon 5 sticks
Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
Cloves 5
Ginger, garlic paste 4 tbsp
sour cream 6 tbsp
Onions 3 (finely cut)
Green chilies 10
Fresh coriander 0.5 bunch
Mint 0.5 bunch
Green spring onion 0.5 cup
Salt to taste
Ghee 7 tbsp

 

 

DIRECTIONS


Blend salt, turmeric, cumin, cardamoms, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and ginger, garlic in a blender.


Boil beef pieces in a pot with little water.


When tender, add prepared spices and mix cook till water dries.Blend fresh coriander, mint and green chilies finely in a blender.Remove in bowl and mix yogurt with it.


Heat ghee in a pot, fry onions and remove on absorbent paper.Grind onions with little water in a blender.Add beef, fry for 5 minutes, add onion paste and sour cream mixture cook for a while on slow heat..
