1 oz Stolichnaya® vodka
1/2 oz Havana Club® Anejo Reserva rum
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 cup English Breakfast tea
1/2 sliced lemon
2 tsp Manuka honey
1 twist orange as garnish
Brew a strong cup of English Breakfast Tea and allow to chill, use some ice to speed the process.
Fill a tall glass with ice and layer a long twist of orange up through the ice as you add it.
In a mixing glass gently muddle the sliced lemon and Manuka honey. Add ice and pour in the vodka, rum and apricot brandy. Shake and double strain into the pre prepared tall glass. Top with the chilled tea and serve with a sweet biscuit.
